- sybil warmisham Review added: 2018.11.21★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The installation of the logburner went fairly well, although there was a fair amount of mess and the disruption was greater than I had hoped - this was not entirely the fault of Home Heat.
Since then, however, they have consistently ignored my pleas that they come and clear the downpipe which their engineers left blocked by vermiculite. When the water, splashing over the gutter, began entering the building I had no choice but to employ someone at my own expense to clear the pipe. He confirmed that the blockage was solid vermiculite.
It is so short-sighted of them to have ignored me because I shall make sure everyone hears this story.
